I work with coaching clients online from anywhere in the world, and deliver corporate speaking and workshops both in-person (primarily Sydney and major Australian cities) and virtually for national and international organisations. -
Life coaching is a forward-focused, practical partnership. Where therapy often explores the roots of past experiences, coaching is primarily about where you are now, where you want to be, and building the real tools to get there.
My coaching integrates evidence-based mental fitness practices ( mindfulness, breathwork, journaling, positive psychology), with structured goal-setting and honest conversations about what's actually getting in the way of you feeling good.
It's ideal for people who are functioning well but know they could feel significantly better.

The vast majority of my individual clients work with me online, which offers genuine flexibility without compromising the quality of the relationship. All sessions are one-on-one, fully confidential, and tailored to where you specifically are.
