Hi, I’m Sam.
I'm a certified coach who loves nothing more than helping people feel genuinely well.
Not "managing" good, not "getting by" good. The kind of good where you feel connected, clear, purposeful, and like you're living a life that genuinely fits you.
My Story
My background isn't what you might expect.
I spent a decade as a TV producer at 24-hour international news channels in Paris & Sydney. It was high-pressure, high-octane and eventually, it caught up with me. I experienced burnout firsthand, and it changed everything.
I started learning everything I could about physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. What helps people feel good? What gets in the way? I followed the curiosity, and it led me to studying positive psychology and becoming a certified coach in 2015.
Since then, I've had the privilege of coaching hundreds of clients from all over the world — corporate executives, CEOs, entrepreneurs, small business owners, world-class athletes, and Olympians.
What this has taught me is that despite all our differences, the one thing we have in common is this: to reach the life and the work we want, we need to understand and prioritise our own wellbeing.
That's not a soft idea. It's the whole game.

Exercise your mental fitness
I'm particularly committed to changing the way we think about mental and emotional wellbeing, which is why I created MyndGym. Join me in our online studio for daily live classes where we can exercise our mental fitness together.
Think of it as a gym for your mind, but without the sweaty equipment and 5am starts.
